Job summary

You will design, coordinate, and run programs to build employee capability across departments, aligning with OCIC's growth in the Philippine market. Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant learning and development experience.
• Experience in training administration and coordinating programs.
• Familiarity with Philippine labor law and DOLE requirements related to training.

Responsibilities

• Identify training needs across departments and coordinate with heads.
• Design and schedule the annual L&D calendar and plan.
• Own program execution: logistics, materials, facilitators, and delivery.
• Develop or source content for onboarding, technical, compliance, and soft skills.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation with HR and Admin teams.
• Track attendance, completion, and maintain compliant records.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via post-training assessments and feedback.
• Manage the L&D budget and negotiate with external providers as needed.
• Support career development initiatives with HR for succession and development plans.
