Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Analyst, Learning Delivery in Taguig, Philippines. The role supports end-to-end delivery of learning programs, managing scheduling, enrollment, and participant support across virtual and onsite sessions.

You will coordinate with facilitators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure high-quality learner experiences from planning through post-session follow-up. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in event management, learning, or HR

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in event management, learning, or HR operations is required.
• Experience in learning or program delivery
• Proficiency in learning management and virtual delivery systems
• Basic reporting, data cleaning, and trend analysis
• Operational compliance and confidential information handling
• Onsite event logistics and participant experience practices
• Coordination, communication, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration
• Attention to detail and management of multiple priorities and deadlines
• Initiative, work tracking, clear communication, and project management principles

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end execution of programs across operations and production by managing schedules, program and session setup, enrollment, communications, surveys, rosters, and system updates
• Coordinate the production of virtual and onsite sessions, including venue setup and booking, technology, materials, catering, access, and local support, while working with facilitators, coaches, vendors, participants, and program teams
• Share confirmed session requirements with Learning Resource Management, which handles quotations, purchase orders, and payments
• Support personalized learning and closed enrollments by managing intake requests, participant preparation, coach coordination, attendance, and post-program follow-up
• Monitor enrollment, respond to participant needs, track attendance and completion records, and coordinate rescheduling or cancellations across systems and partners
• Resolve routine issues, elevate exceptions to the Senior Analyst, Learning Delivery, and use feedback and data to suggest improvements to quality and efficiency
