• 1+ year serving as a SME, mentor, coach, quality analyst, or trainer.
• Demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and training tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and delivering training programs focusing on customer service, product knowledge, and communication skills.
• Contribute to creation and maintenance of training materials (manuals, presentations, e-learning).
• Collect and analyze feedback to improve learning initiatives.
• Analyze basic metrics to identify opportunities for improving training methods and curricula.
• Research industry advancements to keep training content up to date.
• Collaborate with training team and call center management to support training initiatives.
• Maintain accurate training performance metrics for reporting.
