The role assists in identifying training needs, preparing learning materials, coordinating sessions, and supporting evaluation activities. It also applies basic teaching and psychometric skills to help ensure effective, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences that contribute to employee growth and improved performance.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources Management, or related course.
