Job summary

PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. in Makati, Metro Manila, seeks an experienced Learning & Development leader to design and oversee training initiatives aligned with business goals.

The role partners with managers and SMEs to conduct needs analysis, create content, deliver sessions, and measure impact using data-driven metrics, with a focus on leadership development and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in learning and development.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies and e-learning tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs.
• Experience in real estate is an advantage.
