Outsourced.ph is seeking a diligent Learner Support Officer to join our Philippines team. The role focuses on supporting Australian learners, managing administrative tasks, and delivering timely, professional learner assistance onsite in our Philippine offices.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in BPO with international accounts, excellent English communication, and strong multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of BPO experience handling international voice and non-voice accounts.
• English proficiency at least B2 with strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to multitask across calls, emails, chats, and administrative tasks.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to documentation, data entry, and learner records.

Responsibilities

• Support Australian learners and manage administrative processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely learner support.
• Handle inbound/outbound inquiries via calls, emails, and chats.
• Maintain accurate learner records and documentation.
