Job summary

TE Connectivity's Continuous Improvement team seeks a seasoned Continuous Improvement Manager to lead lean initiatives at our Tanauan, Batangas site. You will integrate Lean tools, drive performance improvements, and act as the local expert for lean activities to meet targeted metrics.

You will develop and execute the plant's lean star level plan, mentor cross-functional teams, and collaborate with global lean initiatives to strengthen our operations and cost performance.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in engineering or technical field.
• 8+ years experience, including at least 3 years as Continuous Improvement Manager; production/logistics/industrial engineering exposure advantageous.
• Experience leading continuous improvement and value stream transformation projects.
• Ability to work under pressure with flexibility.
• Proven change leadership and teamwork capability.
• Strong communication and coaching skills with leadership ability.
• Strategic thinking with tactical execution, results-oriented.
• Proven project management skills.
• Fluent in English; local language skills are a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Overall manage plant annual lean plan and identify key improvement priorities.
• Implement TEOA system and achieve Star level plant through improvements.
• Conduct site workshops and VSM transformation projects for operational excellence.
• Systematically manage cost activities, improve efficiency, materials and labor, drive productivity.
• Be a key member of the global lean committee and lead global projects.
• Act as internal process/cost consultant to assist plant management.
• Provide leadership on lean thinking and promote continuous improvement culture.
• Lead TEOA/lean know-how transfer projects to solve operational problems.
