Job summary

TE Connectivity Manufacturing Philippines, Incorporated seeks an experienced TEOA Analyst to serve as site SME for TE Operational Advantage, Lean Manufacturing, and Operational Excellence.

You will drive TEOA deployment, maturity, and data-driven performance management across the site, partnering with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and support functions to translate priorities into measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement/Lean/Operational Excellence.
• Experience leading Lean projects, Kaizen events, and value stream transformations.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct reporting lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and governance of TEOA principles, tools, standards and systems.
• Develop, execute, and review the annual TEOA/Lean maturity roadmap.
• Facilitate site assessments, gap analyses, readiness reviews, and action closure.
• Analyze site performance and drive initiatives to improve lead time, on-time delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Build and manage a prioritized pipeline of improvement projects with measurable benefits.
• Develop dashboards, visual management, and structured performance reviews.
• Deliver Lean training, coaching, and knowledge transfer; coach teams on practical Lean tools.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects and define scope, milestones, risks, and governance.
