Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related fabrication experience.
• Experience with Moonshine fabrication, welding, and project planning/execution.
• Completion of college, diploma, or vocational program as referenced.

Responsibilities

• Establishes process performance metrics and leads improvement initiatives.
• Analyze opportunities to reduce process variation and improve capabilities.
• Monitor flow diagrams, change controls, and QA programs to meet specs.
• Lead lean and Six Sigma projects to meet strategic objectives and quantify results.
• Perform cost analysis and liaise with external vendors to minimize variation.
