Job summary

Te Connectivity Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Continuous Improvement Technician III to drive plant-wide lean initiatives focused on Moonshine fabrication, 5S/ safety, and productivity gains. You will establish process performance metrics, lead improvement projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce variation and optimize performance while ensuring quality standards are met.

This full-time role requires 3–4 years of related experience and a background in fabrication;

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in fabrication.
• Experience with lean, six sigma methodologies is preferred.
• Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze opportunities to reduce process variation and improve performance.
• Monitor flow diagrams, change controls, and QA programs to meet specs.
• Lead process-improvement projects and measure lean/sigma results.
• Perform cost analyses and liaise with vendors to reduce variations.
