Job summary

Te Connectivity Ltd is seeking a Continuous Improvement Analyst in the Philippines to drive process improvements across Supply Chain planning. You will lead cross-functional projects to boost productivity and efficiency, and collaborate with teams to deliver results and complete initiatives.

The role also supports the planning and logistics team with issue resolution, root-cause analysis, reports automation, and development of planning tools, while onboarding and upskilling planners as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• SAP (or other ERP) experience with 4+ years.
• Understanding of MRP and experience in Supply Chain Planning (4+ years).
• Experience in FG or RM planning or procurement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead projects contributing to productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the Philippines to deliver results.
• Drive standardization and adherence of key processes in the hub.
• Support onboarding and training of planners.
• Create, improve and maintain standard process flows and documentation.
• Share best practices within the global CI community and lead improvement projects.

Job Overview

A person who is involved in process improvement, streamlining, and simplifying Supply Chain planning processes. Main responsibility is to drive project for productivity and efficiency. The person should be able to lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver results and project completion. The role will also play a supporting role to the planning & logistics team, as needed, on issue resolutions, root cause analysis, reports automation, developing planning tools, and onboarding/upskilling/training of planners.

Job Requirements

• Identify and lead projects that directly contribute to but are not limited to performance metrics, productivity, and efficiency that is aligned with the goals and targets of teams supported
• Challenge existing process gaps & identify opportunities for further improvements by working closely with the team in the Philippines
• Drive standardization, streamlining, and adherence of key processes of the hub
• Facilitate the onboarding process of new hires, which includes issuance of an onboarding checklist and training on key processes, tools, and systems
• To both lead and support any activity that is intended to increase the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the team members of the hub.
• Creation, improvement, and maintenance of standard process flows and documentation by closely working with the teams within the hub.
• Key member of the global continuous improvement community; to share best practices, conceptualize process improvement cases, and lead projects and activities.
• Take a role as an internal process consultant to the assistant Supply Chain team to resolve process issues and improve metrics performance.

What your background should look like

Educational Degree

• Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent

Professional Experience (years in what processes and function)

• SAP (or other ERP software) – > 4 years
