Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Operational Excellence.
• Experience leading Lean projects, Kaizen events, and value stream transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of TEOA principles, tools, standards, and management systems across the site.
• Develop and review annual TEOA and Lean maturity roadmaps.
• Facilitate site assessments, gap analyses, and closure of actions.
• Monitor progress and provide status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead Value Stream Mapping, current-state analysis, and future-state design.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and cross-functional problem solving.
• Apply Lean tools such as standard work, visual management, 5S, Kanban, and quick changeover.
• Identify constraints and flow opportunities across processes.
• Analyze performance and drive initiatives improving lead time, delivery, inventory, and quality.
• Build and manage a pipeline of improvement projects aligned with goals.
• Track impact and sustain improvements through standard work.
• Develop dashboards and structured performance reviews.
• Deliver Lean training and coaching; promote Lean culture.
