Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an Associate Director of Process Improvement to lead a high-performing team in scoping and delivering complex, portfolio-wide programs that improve CX and productivity for our Australian telco client.

You will champion Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Human-Centered Design, manage capex/opex budgets, and coach Belt trainees, with responsibility for aligning technology roadmaps and optimizing business processes in a Philippines-based delivery center located in BGC, Taguig.

Qualifications

• Experience leading portfolio-level process-improvement programs with CX and productivity benefits.
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Human-Centered Design methodologies.
• Strong people leadership and ability to coach belt trainees.
• Experience in telecommunications or global shared services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and scope improvements delivering ROI across CX/EX.
• Lead cross-functional teams and engage senior stakeholders.
• Manage budgets (opex/capex) and track ROI metrics.
• Coach belts through certification and build talent.
