Job summary

WD in Biñan, Laguna, is seeking a Specialist IV, Operations Training to lead the design and deployment of Process Excellence programs across the Philippine Head Operations. This role applies AI-augmented problem solving and structured CI to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Management, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Academic or professional exposure to Lean Management, Six Sigma, Process Excellence, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or Innovation Management is highly desirable.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Industry exposure in Electronics or Semiconductor Manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required; Black Belt experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own the end-to-end Process Excellence roadmap aligned to Head Backend Operations priorities.
• Lead improvement initiatives using AI-enabled Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and DMAIC across cross-functional teams.
• Define, track, and report program KPIs including cost savings, cycle time reduction, yield improvement, and defect elimination.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
