Job summary

Cest Incorporated in Pasig, Philippines is seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to drive outbound campaigns and nurture prospects in the Ireland and UK markets. About the role

This role involves proactive generation of leads, alongside managing outreach campaigns, CRM platforms, and performance reports.

Key responsibilities

• Identify target market segments and qualified prospects in the Ireland and UK market
• Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists with key decision-makers and company details
• Create tailored value propositions focused on leads, consistency, and time savings
• Execute personalized email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
• Offer marketing audits, AI content plans, and business-tailored demos
• Manage and track leads through CRM platforms from outreach and cold calls to conversion
• Ensure only qualified leads are scheduled for demos or meetings
• Meet weekly outreach, conversation, and demo booking targets
• Prepare weekly performance reports and outreach insights
• Collaborate with the team to improve messaging and targeting strategies

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree: Business Administration, Office Administration, or equivalent
• With at least 3 years experience in Leads Generation
• Full-time position; remote work arrangement
