Job summary

HelproGroupofCompanies is seeking an experienced Leadman to supervise a solar PV installation team in the Philippines. You will lead on-site installation of panels, mounting structures, and related components, ensuring alignment, wiring, and safety standards are met.

The role requires proven PV installation experience, team leadership, and the ability to work across multiple locations. On-site work, overtime as needed, and immediate start are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school graduate with proven solar PV installation experience.
• Experience leading or supervising installation teams.
• Knowledge of mounting, wiring, and basic electrical connections.
• NC II or related technical certification is an advantage.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Leadman to supervise and lead a team in the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. The Leadman will ensure that installation activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

About you
