Job summary

SMEDD Corp. is seeking a Training Design and Development Lead to identify learning needs, craft training plans, and deliver behavioral and leadership programs. You will drive implementation across divisions, monitor outcomes, and report analytics.

The role also covers performance management administration and budget planning, with a focus on quality control practices. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Psychology/HR/Business, has 3+ years of relevant experience, and possesses COSH/BOSH

Qualifications

Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, or Business-related courses.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in training or the academe is preferred.
COSH or BOSH certification/training.
Knowledgeable in Quality Control and Quality Assurance tools and techniques.
Willing to be assigned in Pasay City.

Responsibilities

Identify training needs (TNA) for EDD divisions and create training plans.
Design and develop behavioral and leadership trainings based on TNA results.
Implement trainings to targeted participants using diverse methodologies.
Monitor training progress and prepare post-training reports and analytics.
Lead the behavioral team and assign members based on TNA and job requirements.
Administer KPI creation/evaluation and support performance management orientations.
Prepare and manage budget estimates for trainings and projects.
