iFIVE Global is seeking a Leadership Development Trainer to join our L&D team in Pasig. You will design, deliver, and evaluate leadership and employee development programs for a diverse set of internal clients.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience in training with strong facilitation skills and a focus on adult learning principles. Hybrid work arrangement and shifting schedule (2PM–11PM) are offered.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver onboarding, capability development, talent and leadership programs for various employee groups.
• Prepare, coordinate, and improve learning programs, materials and activities.
• Provide training, coaching, and learner support applying adult learning principles.
• Monitor learner engagement, feedback, outcomes, and learning effectiveness; provide recommendations.
• Assist L&D projects and other duties as assigned.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TRAINER

ROLE OVERVIEW

• The Leadership Development Trainer is responsible for supporting the assessment, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of learning and development programs by working closely with the L&D team and internal stakeholders to address employee and leadership learning and performance needs.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver assigned employee and new leader onboarding, capability development, talent development, leadership development, and organization development programs for individual contributors, team managers, and other employee groups across the organization.
• Support the preparation, coordination, and continuous improvement of learning programs, training materials, and learning activities.
• Provide training, coaching, and learner support as appropriate, applying established adult learning and facilitation principles.
• Partner with Corporate and Operations teams to monitor learner engagement, feedback, basic learning outcomes, and learning effectiveness, and provide relevant observations and recommendations to the L&D team.
• Support assigned L&D projects, initiatives, and other duties as may be assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• With 2-3 years in training/learning or related work experience
• With experience in the following:
• Training Facilitation and Classroom Management
• Learning and Leadership Development
• Training Coordination and Program Support
• Coaching and Learner Support
• Knowledge of adult learning and facilitation principles
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in developing or improving training materials and learning activities is preferred
• Willing to work on shifting schedule (default 2PM-11PM).
• Willing to work on a hybrid setup.
• Willing to work at Tower 1, Rockwell Business Center, Ortigas Pasig City.
