Job summary

Zero Day Group in the Philippines is seeking an experienced WorkForce Software (WFS) Project Manager to lead planning and delivery of workforce management implementation initiatives. The role coordinates functional, technical, testing, business, and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.

Strong PM experience in WFM/Payroll is preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or implementation delivery within Workforce Management, HCM, Payroll, or related enterprise systems.
Experience managing large-scale system implementation or transformation projects.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, business analysts, testers, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of WorkForce Software implementation, enhancement, upgrade, or transformation projects.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
Coordinate activities across WFS functional consultants, technical teams, business analysts, testing teams, payroll teams, and business stakeholders.
Manage project scope, timelines, priorities, risks, issues, and change requests.
