Job summary

PERSOL in the Philippines seeks a hands-on Systems & Governance professional focused on business analysis, coordination, and governance support to drive key systems for business operations. You will liaise with users, technical teams, and vendors to translate requirements into system specs and manage UAT activities.

You will independently manage BA activities while supporting project coordination, governance, reporting, and administrative tasks to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and vendors to clarify requirements and support system development, enhancements, and implementations.
• Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparing test scenarios, coordinating testers, tracking defects, and validating solutions against business requirements.
• Support day-to-day system operations by investigating reported issues, coordinating resolutions, and identifying opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Assist with project management activities, including tracking project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
• Support project governance, reporting, vendor coordination, and administrative activities, including maintaining project documentation and monitoring deliverables.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as required.
