Job summary

MicroSourcing, based in Quezon City, is seeking a Structural Engineer to lead design for residential and light commercial projects. You will conduct analyses, develop drawings, and prepare construction documentation while coordinating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality work on schedule.

This hybrid, night-shift role requires strong AutoCAD and Revit skills, plus knowledge of relevant building codes. US project experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of structural engineering experience, focused on wood and masonry.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
• Experience using RISA 3D for analysis and design.
• Familiar with Florida Building Codes and IBC.
• US project experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design of single-family residential projects.
• Perform structural analysis and design for wood, masonry, steel, and concrete up to three stories.
• Prepare structural calculations, reports, and construction documents.
• Develop AutoCAD drawings and use Revit where applicable.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, consultants, and clients throughout projects.
• Review specs and drawings for code compliance.
• Respond to RFIs and support construction activities on site.
• Ensure designs meet Florida Building Codes and IBC.
