Arcadis Makati, Philippines seeks a Structural Engineer with 4–6 years of professional experience to join its Global Excellence Centre. You will apply your experience on major metro infrastructure projects, using SAP2000, ETABS and other industry tools.

This role emphasizes design, standards, collaboration with international teams, and opportunities to advance toward chartership while contributing to sustainable, safe, and innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required.
• A Master's degree is an advantage.
• Civil Engineering license preferred; charterships are an advantage.
• Proficiency in international design standards and software tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of engineering solutions.
• Provide a substantial technical role for a single discipline on smaller tasks.
• Coordinate with Client, Region and other GECs to produce deliverables.
• Lead a project team when assigned.
• Train and guide junior team members.
• Develop knowledge of international design standards through training.
• Automate design processes and workflows.
• Ensure correctness and quality of project deliverables.
