Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Senior Consumer Architecture Lead based in Ortigas. You will define governance and ensure end-to-end solution architecture across consumer banking platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, security, and resiliency.

You will own architecture reviews, drive design decisions, and mentor junior architects. You will translate business strategy into scalable solutions for onboarding, payments, lending, and servicing channels, coordinating with ITG and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology field is required.
• Over 15 years in technology delivery or architecture indicated.
• Over 10 years leading consumer banking or digital initiatives often preferred.
• At least 5 years managing architects and delivery teams.
• Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Define governance and design assurance for consumer banking initiatives.
• Lead ARB submissions, reviews, and escalation of architecture issues.
• Maintain reusable standards, patterns, and decision records.
• Identify technical debt and remediation plans for the portfolio.
• Translate business needs into scalable, secure architecture.
