Solution Design Lead — Systems & Integration

Job summary

NCS Group seeks a Solutions Designer to act as the technical lead for projects, translating high-level architectures into detailed implementations and ensuring end-to-end integration and delivery that meets business requirements.

You will coordinate with System Analysts, PMs, BAs, SMEs, and security teams to validate specifications, oversee environment setup, and support handover and post-deployment readiness, all while upholding SLAs and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in telecommunications, IT, or Cloud services preferred.
• Experience as a technical lead in solution design or systems integration projects preferred.
• Experience designing or supporting systems or core processes in relevant verticals (e.g., billing, order management, system integration).
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile/DevOps methodologies; cloud fundamentals; UNIX/Linux; Java; SQL; APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of the Solution Plan (SP) based on the High-Level Solution (HLS).
• Break down HLS into actionable technical packages across applications and components.
• Coordinate with PM/BA to refine business and technical requirements.
• Validate Detailed Functional Specifications with the System Analyst.
• Coordinate with SMEs, Network Engineers, and Security teams for secure end-to-end design.
• Oversee testing and production environment setup with System/DB Administrators.
• Support Systems Analyst during production handover and stabilization.
• Lead technical readiness activities and ensure support teams are prepared post-deploy.
• Oversee cutover planning and execution for production deployments.
• Monitor system performance with the PM/Service Management team.
