You’ll architect and scale distributed cloud applications, lead with product teams, ensure code quality, oversee CI/CD and cloud infra, and optimize for cost and resilience. This role emphasizes ownership, platform thinking, and driving technical excellence across the elite squad in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expert-level in Node.js, Java, or TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS or Google Cloud.
• System design expert for microservices and distributed systems.
• Observability and IaC expertise (Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform).
• Mentorship and technical leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale high-performance distributed cloud applications.
• Provide technical leadership and translate requirements into roadmaps.
• Elevate code quality, security, and performance through peer reviews.
• Oversee CI/CD and cloud infrastructure for automation, resilience and cost optimization.
• Drive containerization strategy with Docker and Kubernetes for global scale.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to foster learning and curiosity.
