Job summary

Inchcape Digital, part of the Inchcape global network, is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to guide a distributed team and drive early-stage solution design for the Digital Experience Platform (DXP). The role blends people leadership with hands-on architecture, ensuring architectural quality across regions and alignment with enterprise standards.

You will lead architecture initiatives across Salesforce, web/eCommerce, and integrations, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Delivery

Qualifications

Over 10 years of experience in solution architecture and leading teams in complex digital environments.
Proven track record managing and developing Solution Architects or technical teams.
Strong cross-domain expertise across Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, integrations, data model), web/eCommerce platforms, and API/integration architectures.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a distributed team of Solution Architects (Colombia, Philippines).
Establish a high-performing architecture culture aligned with DXP standards.
Own quarterly capacity planning and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery leadership.
Shape early-stage solutions (HLDs, trade-offs, scalability, integration strategy).
Operate the Solution Design Advisory Board and enforce governance and design standards.
Provide cross-domain leadership across Salesforce, web/eCommerce, and integrations.
