Job summary

HCM Nexus Consulting Inc in the Philippines is seeking a Lead Digital Analyst Social to drive innovative social strategies across paid and organic channels, mentor a growing team, and shape high-impact campaigns.

You will develop full-funnel approaches for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more; oversee campaigns; guide testing and optimization; and extract insights with Google Data Studio to inform client strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media marketing with leadership or mentorship experience.
• Deep knowledge of major platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) and ability to build high-performing strategies.
• Strong data and analytical skills to extract actionable insights.
• Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills for internal teams, clients, stakeholders.
• Organized and detail-oriented with comfort using Google Drive, Sheets, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-funnel social media strategies across platforms like Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• Oversee campaign development, review media plans, and guide setup, testing, and optimization.
• Use A/B testing, targeting, and audience segmentation to drive results.
• Collaborate across functions to align messaging, creative, and media plans.
• Analyze performance data using Google Data Studio to deliver insights and strategic recommendations.
• Stay informed on social trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors and bring those insights into the work.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members to grow their technical and strategic capabilities.
• Provide ongoing support through 1:1s, feedback sessions, and professional development initiatives.
• Create a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment where continuous improvement is the norm.
• Lead onboarding for new team members and support them through social-specific engagements.
• Serve as the face of the Social Media team in internal and external conversations, including with clients and partners.
• Pitch Support & Strategic Thinking
• Interpret pitch briefs and turn them into compelling social strategies.
• Partner with creative and strategy teams to develop and present social concepts that meet client needs.
• Guide the team through pitch prep and ensure confident, aligned delivery.
• Present strategies clearly to stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and understanding at every step.

• Stay current on the latest developments in social, marketing, and digital trends.
