Job summary

Technians Softech Pvt Ltd in the Philippines seeks a creative Social Media Strategist to develop and execute data-driven social media strategies for multiple brands.

You will plan monthly content calendars across platforms, manage influencer collaborations and AI-assisted content, monitor performance, and collaborate with design, video, and performance teams to deliver high-quality, compliant campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Experience creating content strategies for B2B and B2C brands.
• Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and reporting.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing, UGC campaigns, and AI-assisted content creation.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, and project management tools.
• Basic knowledge of video content planning and short-form content strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Create monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to identify content opportunities.
• Plan campaigns including reels, UGC, influencer collaborations, and trend-based content.
• Write compelling content briefs and collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies using analytics and platform insights.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, viral trends, and AI-powered content tools.
• Manage multiple client accounts while ensuring timely execution and high-quality deliverables.
• Work closely with account managers and performance marketing teams to integrate organic and paid campaigns.
• Reviewing the content to ensure that it complies with relevant regulations, copyright laws, and brand guidelines.
