Responsibilities

• Sales Team Support: Coordinate sales schedules, manage calendar bookings, and route inbound leads to appropriate representatives.
• Order Processing: Review, enter, and track client orders, ensuring accuracy with pricing, discounts, and delivery timelines.
• Customer & Client Relations: Answer customer queries via phone or email, handle complaints, and assist clients when sales reps travel.
• Documentation & Pitch Prep: Assist in drafting sales contracts, formal proposals, price quotes, and client pitch decks.
• Data & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date CRM profiles, track team performance quotas, and compile month-end sales reports for executive management.
• Cross-Departmental Liaison: Collaborate with inventory, logistics, finance, and marketing
