Job summary

Transec BPO is seeking a Lead Researcher – Back Office to support growth through research and email prospecting. You will generate leads, contact well-qualified prospects, and log interactions in the CRM.

The role emphasizes strong English writing, quick learning, and data-driven problem solving to improve daily operations and back-office tasks.

Qualifications

• Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree; must have undergone at least 2nd year of college level.
• 1 year of experience in BPO or sales/marketing environment would be nice, but not required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is an advantage.
• Well-versed in using Microsoft Office or GSuite.
• Impeccable writing skills in English.
