Job summary

Pro-Excel Property Managers, Inc. is seeking a Building Maintenance Engineer to support the Building Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.

You will lead preventive maintenance, monitor energy usage, and coordinate with vendors, engineers, and residents to optimize performance of common areas. A licensed engineer with 1–2 years of experience in mixed-use centers is preferred, and strong budgeting and communication skills

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; Professional Engineer license preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in building maintenance and operations.
• Preferrably experience in mixed-use commercial centers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation of effective and consistent building/equipment preventive maintenance programs.
• Assist Building Manager in monitoring safety programs to ensure safety of Residents and property.
• Assist Building Manager in complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee all engineering and technical concerns of the project.
• Implement energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring utilities consumption of common areas.

Job Summary

He/She will assist the Building Manager to manage the day to day operations of the Building/Condominium Corporation. Ensure that all building equipment and facilities are 100% in good working condition by implementing timely and consistent preventive maintenance programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Oversee implementation of effective & consistent building/ equipment preventive maintenance programs.
