Job summary

The VITO Group in Quezon City is looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of building facilities, equipment, systems and utilities. You will conduct regular inspections and perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and disruptions.

In this role you will troubleshoot, coordinate repairs with contractors and suppliers, ensure proper documentation and compliance with safety standards, and help manage schedules and projects to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering with licensure.
• Minimum 3–5 years in property management or facilities management.
• Technical knowledge of building maintenance systems and safety standards.

Job description

Responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of building facilities, equipment, systems, and utilities.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and operational disruptions.

Troubleshoot and coordinate the repair of building equipment, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other facility-related concerns.

Monitor the proper operation of building systems and address issues promptly.

Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and suppliers for maintenance, repairs, and other technical requirements.

Ensure that maintenance activities are properly documented and records are kept updated.

Monitor compliance with safety, building, and operational standards.

Assist in managing maintenance schedules, service activities, and facility-related projects.

Identify opportunities for improvement to enhance the efficiency, reliability, and overall condition of building facilities.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in technical troubleshooting, project coordination, reporting and documentation, vendor management, customer service orientation, problem solving
