Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE or ECE.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project implementation.
• Knowledgeable in CCTV and Access Control Systems.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Willing to work overtime; project-based contract.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site operations and manpower.
• Ensure work is executed based on approved plans, schedule and specs.
• Break down project scope into daily tasks and monitor progress.
• Plan, request, and control materials to avoid shortages and wastage.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality workmanship.
• Enforce safety rules and conduct toolbox meetings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and teams.
• Prepare reports and support progress billing (FWAR).
• Identify delays, issues, and variation orders; implement solutions.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and project close-out activities.
