Job summary

IT Managers, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager in the Philippines to lead banking-focused initiatives from initiation to delivery.

The role requires deep knowledge of deposits, loans, and mobile banking/SaaS, with a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex dependencies. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end project lifecycle management, align business requirements with technical execution, and deliver on time within scope and budget.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of IT project management experience
• Banking industry experience is required
• Knowledge of banking applications such as Deposits, Loans, and Mobile Banking/SaaS
• End-to-end project lifecycle management expertise
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid methodologies
• Skilled in project planning, status reporting, risk management, scope, timeline, and resource management
• Experience in sprint planning, backlog grooming, release management, and dependency tracking
• Strong understanding of Business Process Mapping, Functional Requirements, and SDLC
• Knowledge of system integration, APIs, and secure data flows
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technical teams; strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
