Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Gurugram (Gurgaon) is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator – Workplace Experience to support program governance by coordinating enterprise workplace projects and maintaining the Workplace Property Tool.

You will work with Engineering, RE, SCM and finance, produce weekly/monthly dashboards, and ensure data accuracy. A Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC preferred) and 4–5 years in project coordination are desirable; certification in PM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC preferred).
• PM certification preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMC, Facilities Projects, HVAC or Building Services.
• Experience in managing project MIS and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple workplace projects across Corporate and Circle teams.
• Track project progress, dependencies and action items.
• Ensure timely follow-up on pending approvals and deliverables.
• Support governance meetings and project reviews.
• Maintain MIS dashboards and project documentation.
