Qualifications

• Grooming and attire standards inspection; guest service focus.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff.

Responsabilités

• Open and close duties including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and locking doors.
• Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO, and cleanliness; complete inventories and requisition supplies.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety, and guest wellbeing; process maintenance work orders.
• Follow safety policies and procedures; report accidents and unsafe conditions; complete safety training.
