Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily repair operations, assign workloads to technicians, and ensure maintenance standards are met in a fast-paced workshop. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership and technical oversight.

You will monitor quality, productivity, safety, and reporting, mentor staff, and tackle complex vehicle concerns while ensuring backjobs are avoided and tools and equipment are properly maintained.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Automotive Vocational Course.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
• NC II Certification.
• Must hold a Professional Driver's License (1 & 2).
• Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficient in computer use and able to work in a fast-paced workshop.
