Job summary

Autohub Group of Companies is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily workloads of workshop technicians, ensuring quality and efficiency in vehicle repairs. You will provide technical guidance and address complex repair concerns in a high-paced environment.

The role requires automotive vocational training, NC II certification, and at least 3 years of relevant experience including supervisory exposure. Driver's licenses (1 & 2) are preferred, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Automotive Vocational Course.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
• NC II Certification.
• Professional Driver's License (1 & 2).
• Strong knowledge and skills in vehicle diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
• Computer literate and willing to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign daily workload to workshop technicians
• Monitor repair quality, productivity, efficiency, and compliance with workshop standards
• Provide technical support and handle complex vehicle repair concerns
• Conduct quality checks and ensure repairs are completed without backjobs
• Monitor workshop tools, equipment, housekeeping, and safety compliance
• Lead and coach technicians and address performance or operational concerns
• Prepare and monitor required performance and operational reports
