Job summary

Autokid Subic Trading Corporation is seeking a Lead Mechanic to oversee daily workshop operations, supervise a team of mechanics, and ensure quality repair and maintenance of vehicles. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and high service standards across all service lines.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on mechanical experience in automotive or truck maintenance, plus 1–2 years in a supervisory role, and preferably holds TESDA Automotive Servicing certificates (I–IV) and EV

Qualifications

• TESDA National Certificate I, II, III, or IV in Automotive Servicing (highly preferred).

JOB SUMMARY

The Lead Mechanic is responsible for overseeing daily workshop operations, ensuring quality repair and maintenance of vehicles, and supervising a team of mechanics. This role ensures efficiency, safety, and high service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of experience as a mechanic in automotive or truck maintenance


• At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead mechanic role


• TESDA National Certificate I, II, III, or IV in Automotive Servicing (highly preferred)


• Electric Vehicle (EV) Training Certificate holder (highly preferred)

KNOWLEDGE

• Strong understanding of vehicle mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, braking systems, and suspension


• Knowledge of diagnostic tools, repair techniques, and preventive maintenance procedures


• Familiarity with safety regulations, quality standards, and workshop operations
