Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a quantitative discipline.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience building, deploying, and operating data pipelines and production ML systems.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical initiatives, projects, or engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor ML engineers across marketing, growth, and personalization domains.
• Architect, deploy, and scale production-grade agentic AI systems for real-time marketing journeys.
• Partner with Product Owners, Data Scientists, and external teams to align costs with ROI.
• Own mesh-facing service development and complete system design decisions.
