• Familiar with ML ops, monitoring, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate ML/LLM-based solutions for Maya's customer support ecosystem.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and platform teams to deploy scalable AI services.
• Monitor performance, cost, and impact; iterate based on metrics.
• Communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
