Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) is required.
• 2+ years of related work experience preferred.
• CAD and Microsoft Office proficiency expected.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer credential is preferred.
• Strong problem solving, project management, teamwork and people interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Quantify labor and material requirements, manage project timelines, and control maintenance or operational costs.
• Conduct toolbox talks, provide technical guidance, and ensure team receives proper safety and operational training.
• Monitor team productivity, conduct performance reviews, and identify areas for skill development.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to keep machinery and facility systems at peak efficiency.
• Diagnose equipment failures, analyze system characteristics to find root causes, and direct corrective actions or repairs.
