Subic Bay Freeport Grain Terminal Services Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to lead maintenance planning and oversee project timelines. The role involves budgeting maintenance costs, directing technical guidance, and ensuring safety training for the on-site team.

The candidate should have a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, 2+ years of related experience, and be proficient in CAD and Microsoft Office, with a licensed engineer preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) is required.
• 2+ years of related work experience preferred.
• CAD and Microsoft Office proficiency expected.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer credential is preferred.
• Strong problem solving, project management, teamwork and people interaction skills.

• Quantify labor and material requirements, manage project timelines, and control maintenance or operational costs.
• Conduct toolbox talks, provide technical guidance, and ensure team receives proper safety and operational training.
• Monitor team productivity, conduct performance reviews, and identify areas for skill development.

• At least two (2) years of related work experience

• Knowledgeable in CAD, and Microsoft office

• License Mechanical Engineer

• Has problem solving skills, knows how to manage projects, has teamwork, people management, and ability to interact with all levels of management.
