Job summary

Eagle Cement Corporation (MNL) is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to supervise and coordinate maintenance across all mechanical equipment and plant facilities. You will implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure reliability and minimize downtime, while monitoring performance and driving improvements.

The role requires 4–5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, with knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, compressors, conveyors, and rotating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Licensed mechanical engineer.
• 4–5 years of experience in equipment maintenance in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, compressors, conveyors and rotating equipment.
• Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance of all mechanical equipment, machinery, and plant facilities.
• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure reliability and minimize downtime.
• Monitor machine performance and propose improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities in coordination with production requirements.
• Manage maintenance personnel, contractors, and service providers assigned to mechanical works.
• Prepare maintenance reports, equipment records, and performance analyses.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and plant engineering projects.
