• Licensed Mechanical Engineer with 5–10 years of experience in preventive maintenance supervision.

• Skilled in scheduling, organizing, and optimizing maintenance activities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and schedules for all equipment
• Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure timely completion and minimal downtime
• Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements to maintenance practices
• Monitor maintenance records, compliance requirements, and performance metrics
• Supervise maintenance personnel and provide guidance to ensure efficient operations
