Job summary

We Connect HR Solutions OPC seeks a Maintenance Operations Leader in Cebu to develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance across farm and plant equipment. The role covers downtime reduction, parts tracking, and strict food-safety compliance.

You will lead a technical team, oversee refrigeration systems, CapEx projects, and safety programs, ensuring cost control and regulatory adherence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical or electrical engineering (or related field).
• 3–5 years in maintenance/engineering management in food processing/manufacturing/heavy industry.
• Hands-on experience with industrial refrigeration systems is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance for farm and plant equipment.
• Lead maintenance team to minimize downtime through diagnostics and corrective actions.
• Track work orders, spare parts inventory, and equipment history.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with HACCP and GMP standards.
• Identify process improvements, upgrades, and automation to boost plant efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage CapEx projects from planning to installation and commissioning.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager to ensure infrastructure complies with local codes and safety regulations.
• Oversee refrigeration systems (ammonia/Freon), safety and environmental protocols, and contractor management.
• Lead and mentor maintenance/engineering team; promote safety and LOTO adherence.
• Manage department budget and vendor relationships.
