Level Up Business Process Outsourcing Services OPC is looking for an Engineering Manager in Cebu City to lead engineering and maintenance functions. Ideal candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, particularly in food processing. Excellent project management and interpersonal skills are essential. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in food processing or FMCG.
• At least 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• Proven record in breakdown reduction.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to foster cross-departmental teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant's maintenance function to ensure equipment reliability.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage maintenance schedules and allocate resources.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and HACCP.
