Job summary

Kings Quality Foods, Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to oversee preventive maintenance programs across the manufacturing plants and cold storage, ensuring inspection conformance and high equipment availability.

You will develop and implement maintenance systems, manage department resources and manpower, coordinate contract projects, and drive improvements to production output while maintaining a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience.
• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) and MS Office.
• Knowledge of mechanical design, thermodynamics, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee equipment’s preventive maintenance schedules and inspection conformance.
• Responsible for improving equipment’s reliability and availability across the manufacturing plants and cold storage.
• Develops and implements functional preventive maintenance system for all the equipment across the plant.
• Responsible for managing the department’s resources while satisfactorily accomplishing planned activities.
• Manages and maximizes the manpower according to the scheduled activities.
• Ensuring a safe workplace to people.
• Coordinates and manages contract jobs and projects inside the plant.
• Responsible for developing systems/machineries improvements projects that would yield improved production output and efficiency.
