Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking an Outage Maintenance Superintendent to own the end-to-end lifecycle of facility outages, from readiness through execution to closeout, in strict adherence to the GNPD’s guidelines. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in Coal Power Plants.
• Leadership experience: at least two (2) years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Gate Review compliance: prepare/validate docs for independent gate reviews at milestones.
• Outage scope & planning readiness: coordinate with teams to confirm plans and methods.
• Coordination: conduct daily outage coordination meetings and monitor scope, schedule, and budget.
• Execution closeout: resolve NCRs, finalize invoicing, and oversee site demobilization.
• Contract oversight: ensure compliance with all contractual terms.
• Budget oversight: monitor maintenance and outage costs against budgets.
