Job summary

Deutsche Post's DHL Supply Chain unit seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee safe, efficient warehouse operations at the Pasig site. You will coordinate with the Operations Manager on Pick and Pack, Expedite, and Shipping, ensuring KPI targets are met and customer expectations are aligned with DSC standards.

You will maintain strong client relationships, understand team roles, and address issues promptly, contributing to operational excellence and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial) or related field.
• Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• 4+ years of working experience in logistics/supply chain preferred.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Take charge of supervising the operation to ensure it runs safely and efficiently, adhering strictly to established guidelines to achieve all warehousing standards and defined outcomes for your area or shift.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to oversee and control warehouse processes, including Pick and Pack, Expedite, and Shipping operations. It is imperative to align outbound operations with both our company standards and customer expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they view DSC as their unequivocal first choice for logistics services, employer of choice, and preferred investment.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the roles and responsibilities pertinent to your position and your team.
• Act as the primary contact for addressing and resolving all issues related to the client's shipping process, including Putaway, Pick and Pack, Expedite, and Shipping.
• Guarantee that all contracted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
• Provide operational support to other teams as necessary within the organization to optimize performance.
• Work in close coordination with the Contracts and Operations Manager, Operations Excellence Officer, team leaders, and other members of DSC quality and client quality personnel to ensure effective alignment, execution, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
• Respond promptly to all inquiries from internal and external customers, resolving issues swiftly and professionally.
• Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients through direct communication and proactive feedback engagement.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others), Logistic/Transportation, Business.
• Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 4 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Willing to work in Pinagbuhatan, Pasig Site.
